General Insurance is issued by Vero Insurance Limited ABN 48 005 297 807 (Vero). Bank of Queensland will receive a commission for insurance arranged, details of which are set out in the relevant Financial Services Guide (PDF 450 kb). Customers may take out these types of insurance with any insurer of their choice. All cover is subject to acceptance by Vero.
The Term Life Direct policy (Policy) is issued by St Andrew's Life Insurance Pty Ltd (St Andrew's) ABN 98 105 176 243, AFSL 281731. Bank of Queensland receives a commission of 20% of the insurance premiums (excluding stamp duty and GST) paid by customers referred to St Andrew's.
